MM&C Litigation Attorney Prevails for Client Featured in NBC4 News Story

MM&C client Mark King was featured in a NBC4 news story concerning an online marketing coach who charged thousands of dollars for his “get rich quick” program. The I-Team investigated complaints by Mr. King and others who paid for coaching to set up an affiliate marketing business, but received little to nothing in return.

After unsuccessful attempts to secure a refund under a “money back guarantee” clause in his contract with The Legin Group, operated by Greg Davis, Mr. King sought legal counsel, hiring litigation attorney Michael Campbell.
