Miller, Miller & Canby litigation attorney, Joseph (Joe) Suntum, was nominated and selected as one of three new Board Members of Owners’ Counsel of America (OCA) for 2019.

Joe Suntum is a principal with Miller, Miller & Canby and leads the firm’s Eminent Domain and Condemnation Group. His decades of trial experience and his in-depth knowledge of real property valuation and the law of eminent domain allow him to protect his clients’ property rights and maximize compensation for his clients when their properties are targeted for condemnation.
