Miller, Miller & Canby Welcomes Attorney Caitlin Phillips to Firm’s Estates & Trusts Practice

Miller, Miller & Canby is pleased to announce that attorney Caitlin Phillips has joined the firm as an associate in the Estates & Trusts practice, focusing on estate planning, and probate and trust administration.

Prior to joining Miller, Miller & Canby, Phillips worked as Assistant Bar Counsel at the Office of Bar Counsel of Maryland, where she screened complaints for violations of the Maryland Attorneys’ Rules of Professional Conduct, assisted in disciplinary investigations, handled conservatorships, and oversaw probation monitoring. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland, College Park and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, she externed for the Guardian ad Litem Program in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she conducted research to assist in advocating for the best interests of neglected children. She was also a Student Fellow for the Center for Children, Families and the Courts. In 2024, she was appointed as a Fellow in the Bar Association of Montgomery County’s Leadership Academy.
