Joe Suntum was among a panel of the Maryland’s top attorneys who presented to a full house for HalfMoon Education, Inc.’s CLE Legal Issues for Maryland Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors, held in Jessup, Maryland on February 27, 2015.

New developments in the law are constantly changing the practice of eminent domain and land valuation. Mr. Suntum’s presentation on Eminent Domain and Condemnation Law focused on understanding eminent domain powers, participating in the condemnation process, appealing a condemnation decision and understanding regulatory “takings” and inverse condemnation.
