Helen Whelan Joins Medicaid and Elder Law in Maryland Panel July 24th in Rockville

Attorney Helen Whelan will be speaking at an upcoming legal seminar titled: Medicaid and Elder Law in Maryland:  Representing Clients in a New Legal Landscape. The seminar will review ethical considerations regarding Medicaid and Elder Law, and will also cover Medicaid basics for long-term care, special needs trusts, and the financial powers of attorneys.
