On Saturday, May 2, Glenn Anderson will speak to the topic of Worker Classification for Maryland and Federal employment and unemployment tax purposes in a presentation for the Maryland State Bar Association’s Leadership Academy Small Business Boot Camp CLE Program. For the presentation, Mr. Anderson will break down the various tax and liability issues involved in the misclassification of small business workers.
