The Blended Family

Issue:

John and Susan are both retired and were married several years ago – the second marriage for both. They never had children together, but they each have children from their prior marriages. Both John and Susan wanted to provide for the other spouse should they pass away first, but they also wanted to make sure that if the surviving spouse did not use the entire estate for their own well-being during life, that their respective children would inherit.

Goal:
