Glenn Anderson Addresses Topic of Buying and Selling a Business for Bar Association CLE

On Wednesday, February 20th, Glenn Anderson will speak to the topic of the tax implications of buying and selling a business in a presentation for the Bar Association of Montgomery County's CLE Programs. For the presentation, titled, "Dissection of a Transaction," Mr. Anderson will break down the various tax and liability issues for both the buyer and seller.  More information on the presentation may be found here.
