The Maryland State Bar Association’s Land Use Committee of the Real Property Section has announced its spring seminar, which will focus on condemnation in suburban and urban environments, land use impact of partial takings, and valuation, damages and severance impacts. As the state of Maryland has increased its available revenue for public works programs, leading to the approval of a number of large projects, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of takings in the state. Miller, Miller & Canby’s Joe Suntum joins an esteemed panel to speak on issues related to this important and timely subject.
The event will be held on Friday, April 25th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the MSBA offices in Baltimore, and will feature a continental breakfast.
