Callie Carnemark joined Miller, Miller & Canby as an associate with the Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Carnemark will focus on real estate and business litigation as well as the firm's appellate practice. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Carnemark served as a law clerk to the Honorable Terrence J. McGann, Montgomery County Circuit Court. She also served as a legal intern for the First Shift Justice Project, an organization that protects the employment rights of low-income mothers. Ms. Carnemark received her Juris Doctor degree from the William & Mary Law School. While pursuing her law degree, she served as President of the Women's Law Society, and was active on the National Trial Team, which inspired her to become a litigator. She also worked as a legal intern and summer associate for several firms. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Newcomb College of Tulane University. A member of the "Katrina Class", referring to the students forced to evacuate and take time off in the aftermath of the hurricane, she volunteered for a number of organizations during the rebuilding process.A native of Montgomery County, Ms. Carnemark is a member of the Montgomery County Inns of Court, the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. She was selected to be a fellow for the Montgomery County Bar Association Leadership Academy Class of 2017.
